Overhead line fittings include many kinds of steel parts which used on overhead power lines. especially for 25-150mm square conductors. All fittings are free from defects which would be likely to cause them to be unsatisfactory in service. All the overhead line fittings are resistant to atmospheric corrosion during the storage. All the steel parts are protected by hot dip galvanizing according to BS729. The minimum average coating weight for any individual test area IS not less that 610g/m².
The threads of nuts and tapped holes shall be cut after galvanizing and shall be well oiled or greased. All other threads shall be formed before galvanizing.

Stay rods
The three types of stay rods are used most often:
6ftx5/8’’
8ftx3/4’’
9ftx1’’
The threads are made according to BS3643, coarse pitch, tolerance class 7H/8g
The stay anchor and the adjustable head are hexagon lock nuts of the same size as the hexagon head of the tubular turnbuckle.
The end of the stay rod is forged square to fit the square plate. The stay rod is fitted with a square plate for securing the rod to a concrete stay block. The square plate is 100x100x6mm.
The other side of the stay rod is an adjustable forged eye with a thimble. The thimble is used to connect with the stay wire.
2.D Iron
D iron is a steel strap bent into a U shape. There are 18mm holes on each side of the Diron, to allow the bolt to pass through. The D iron is 332mmx40x6mm structural steel. The final treatment is hot-dip galvanized.
3.LV EXTENSION STRAP
The LV extension strap is made from a 180mmx40x6mm structural steel. The process is simple.
4.11kv flat tie strap
The 11kv flat tie strap is made from 590mmx40x6mm steel, the function is to connect the cross arm on the steel or wooden pole.
5.33kv terminal strap
The 33kv terminal strap size is 500x76mmx10mm. The edge of the terminal strap is round. The surface treatment is hot-dip galvanized
6.Earth stock
The earth stock size is 1730mmx100mmx50mmx6mm, It was made from channel steel. The galvanization is according to BS729

8.Multipurpose overhead line clamps- pole clamp
The Multipurpose pole clamp has the light-duty Multipurpose pole clamp and heavy-duty Multipurpose pole clamp. The dimension is as below:
The pole bands are used to wrap the concrete pole, the edge of the pole band is fastened by the bolts and nuts.
- Copper clad earth rods and connector
The copper-clad earth rod is designed to withstand the stresses and abrasions present during installation with either electric jammer or direct hammering.
- Guy grip Preformed
The guy grips are manufactured from galvanized steel wire of such quality that when applied to the specified stay strand, they hold the full rated breaking strength of the stay strand. The galvanized steel wires used in the construction of the guy grip comply with BS443.The guy grip can be fit for 7/4.0 and 7/2.0mm stay wire.

The ball ended hook has a round ball head, the diameter is 16mm to fit the socket on the insulator or the socket clevis, the other end of the ball end hook is a big open hook to link on another fittings. The ball ended hooks are made from malleable iron or ductile iron.

The adaptor ball clevis also has a round head to connect with the socket tongue or dis insulator. The adaptor ball clevis is hot dip galvanized.

- tension clamp,
The TENSION CLAMP is looked like a guy, so it’s also called a gun clamp. There are NLL-1, NLL-2 NLL-3 AND NLL-4 types. For the conductor 25-150 square meters, the NLL-3 is the suitable one.
The clamp body is high strength and heat treated cast aluminium alloy. The cotter bolts and U-bolt are galvanized steel. The Pin is stainless steel.

Parallel groove clamp (PG Clamp)
PG Clamp is suitable for use on aluminium conductor steel-reinforced and all aluminium conductors of outer diameter in the range of 7.00 mm to 18.2 mm for ACSR conductors and 9.0 mm to 13.2 mm for AAC conductors.
The groove of the PG clamp is correctly fits the conductor it is intended for use with. It shall have adequate cross sectional area and length.

The galvanized steel wires used in the construction of the steel earth wire comply with the requirement of BS 443.
The outer wires of all strands have a right-hand lay (Z).
All wires are stranded with uniform tension. Stranding is sufficiently close to ensure no appreciable reduction in diameter when stressed to 10% of the specified wire strength.
The wires are concentrically twisted with a uniform pitch of not less than 12 nor more than 18 times the specified nominal overall diameter of the strand.

ABC SUSPENSION HOOK is also called J hook or universal hook. Universal hook is used to hang or suspend aerial bundle cable accessories such as suspension clamp.
Stay Bow with Thimble
The stay bow with the thimble is used in the High Voltage Aerial Bundle Cable (HV ABC) Distribution System. The mild steel galvanized stay bow & thimble is designed for use as an accessory for HV ABC stay wire installations suitable for 2500mm x19mm stay rod and up to Grade 700 SWG 7/8 stay wire. The mild steel galvanized stay bow and stay thimble is required to withstand a minimum breaking load of 62kn.
D bracket
D bracket is made from 38x6mm thickness mild steel flat with hole diameter 175mm for 16mm diameter bolts The D bracket is hot dip galvanized according to BS729
Stay rod and stay plate
Stay rod is made by hot forged. Jinyong amends the mold after finish every 300pcs stay tod to make the square head size accurate. There are rod diameters of 12mm, 16mm,18mm,20mm, and 22mm. The stay plate is used together with the stay rod to stop the stay rod from moving. The stay plate is under the ground to act as the base supporting plate.

For the electrical cross arm, alley arm, the manufacturer does the hot-dip galvanization at a big bow, the liquid temperature was controlled very well. And the consist element was settled according to a certain percent. For the casting part like socket clevis and pole top bracket, there is a different element consist to do the hot-dip galvanization. There are a few kinds of hot-dip galvanization testing standard for the overhead line fitting. For the Asia market, like Malaysia and Indonesia, they test the hot-dip galvanization according to ISO1461. For South America, they test the hot-dip galvanization according to ASTM123. The manufacturer usually charges the tooling, if you don’t accept our present power fitting type. The manufacturer will make new tooling based on your design, and the new tooling belongs to you. The manufacturer just helps you to take care of the tooling in our factory. If you have paid for it, the manufacturer can also refund you the tooling cost if you ordered a certain quantity. Yes, of course. It’s a necessary step to confirm the sample before mass production. If the type of pole line hardware you required is in stock, the customer will only burden the express cost and have the sample for free. If you need to make new samples according to your drawing, you should charge the sample cost. Only T/T and L/C are acceptable, OA is not. If the pole line hardware you required is in stock, the goods will be shipped immediately after you pay.
