- Top Tie for Pin insulator
Pin insulator top ties are designed to be used on vertically-mounted pin insulators to grip XLPE covered conductors.
The Top tie is used on an 11kv overhead distribution line pin insulator. The top ties are made up of rigid polyvinyl chloride with black semi-conducting material. The material will protect the top tie works well under outdoor and wicked conditions. Even on the line angles of up to 15°, the top tie can work well.
2. Bracket for Suspension Clamp
Bracket for Suspension Clamp is used to hold suspension clamp. The bracket is die casting. It is suitable for holding an Aluminum messenger of 35-70 mm Sq.

4. HT Dead End Clamp Assembly For XLPE Insulated Conductors
The HT Dead End Clamp is capable to accommodate and firmly hold XLPE insulated Dog, Tiger, wolf and Lynx ACSR conductors.
The Clamp and Keeper are manufactured with Alluminum Alloy ADC-12.

The manufacturer usually charges the tooling, if you don’t accept our present power fitting type. The manufacturer will make new tooling based on your design, and the new tooling belongs to you. The manufacturer just helps you to take care of the tooling in our factory. If you have paid for it, the manufacturer can also refund you the tooling cost if you ordered a certain quantity. Yes, of course. It’s a necessary step to confirm the sample before mass production. If the type of pole line hardware you required is in stock, the customer will only burden the express cost and have the sample for free. If you need to make new samples according to your drawing, you should charge the sample cost. Only T/T and L/C are acceptable, OA is not. If the pole line hardware you required is in stock, the goods will be shipped immediately after you pay.
