U Cable Guard Strap
Cable guard straps fasten and secure U cable guards to light and utility poles. Made from polyethylene and steel, this U cable guard strap is crafted for different sizes of U cable guards. Its main function is to attach a conduit pipe to a utility or light pole and connect a U cable guard over the conduit pipe. It is also called Pole Mounted Conduit Strap.
A Cable guard strap works as an attachment point for a U cable guard. A U cable guard is attached and fastened over it to offer additional protection for the conduit pipe and ground cable connection.
This product is used with a conduit pipe, a U cable guard, lag screws, and a pole. A conduit pipe houses a ground cable connection. This cable guard strap and a U cable guard hold the conduit pipe in place. Lag screws fasten the cable guard strap and U cable guard onto the pole.
